Two hearts had met in the secret place of dreams
he kissed her face, feathery tips her hair it traced
his wings they wrapped around her tight
she looked into his eyes and smiled
the smile that only love can know

They merged and became one, drifting through the misty haze
an infinite journey on the winds of love and hope
through starry skies shining bright and clear
acknowledging them with gleaming light
Through space and beyond to a blackness
