The next one I know of is from Paia (www.paia.com?) who sells a simple and
a more complex converter in kit form. I think they will also sell it to
you fully made up. The other thing you can do (if you're feeling down and
dirty) is take an old MIDI keyboard that has no friends and tear it apart
and replace the keyboard sensors with pressure sensors...
