This doode hangs out around the dispensers' corridor and maintenance room, but I've seen others of the type in lower tunnels near the Alchemy Room and also high up in the central Exchange. They could be everywhere.

Shots I got meeting Lips and Big-ears for the first and only time. I hope to see them again soon.
