I was having some fun here, and I'm making no excuses. You'd want some fun too after stomping about through unknown muck in every tunnel you entered during the entire day. So this group got depicted floating on that great solid Slide in the Sky. What you see are actually various colonies, grown into characteristic shapes.

I have a view taken from beneath the slide, looking through it. Individual members identified so far are all rod microbes. Here they're dressed up for you in a drop of their much-beloved water.
