A different kind of digisect. Another species, perhaps? I caught these two engaged in a preliminary bout. This type is found everywhere on the Bridge. Sometimes you think first they're just cobwebs in corners but they're not and they're checking you out.

They check everything out, weigh everything, in terms of contest. These beings put themselves together, and clusters of them put others together. They're analog versions so they don't need much of anything to do a lot. Think of the possibilities of a few hundred of these working together, each one knowing a couple simple tasks and each in communication with its nearest fellows.
Created by warping spheres, then using a texturing option that applies texture only to the wire frame or mesh lines; the rest of the sphere remains invisible.
