The 4th-of-July Creek

Fourth-of-July lake and its creek are aptly named: You can't easily get to the lake until after the Fourth because of snow. The dirt forest road along the creek to the trailhead leading to the lake is impassable. This spot by the Creek was as far as we got in Late June. So we stopped and painted.
