the ALT tag gives non-graphical browsers text to display instead. also,
if you break the connection before the image is finished downloading, the
text is displayed along with the broken image icon.

I've found a typo in the command below:

<IMG SCR="2_mb3.jpg" ALT="2_mb3" HEIGHT=150 WIDTH=100 BORDER=0></A>

It should be <IMG SRC= instead of IMG SCR.

I am not familiar with the ALT= command. What does ALT="2_mb3" do? If
2_mb3 is an image, doesn't it need a suffix such as .gif, .jpeg?
