i'm currently using a mac and fetch to upload my files to artnet, but i find
that fetch often times out. using anarchie or even netscape to download seems
much quicker than using fetch, but i don't see how to use either of these to
upload. if anyone knows of software other than fetch that might work better
for uploading (particularly for gif files), or how to use the above to do so,
i would appreciate knowing about it!
