I found this article written by David Stout in the NYTimes this morning.

"Hacker Destroys U.S.I.A. Web Site -
The intruder was mean as well as clever. Not content just to invade the Web
site of the United States Information Agency and leave a cryptic message,
he (or she) knocked the site off the Internet. By week's end, computer
experts at the agency, which oversees a variety of cultural and educational
exchange programs, were still trying to restore the site and promising
better security.

The intruder called himself 'Zyklon,' perhaps after Zyklon-B, the gas used
in Nazi death camps."
