Art.Net: Help develop Art.Net's next Generation

Welcome to Art.Net which is also known as Art on the Net! This is a virtual space where artists join together in sharing their art with others on the Internet via the World Wide Web.

The Web has evolved in many ways since Art.Net came into existance back in 1994. Now there is Web 2.0 and even the beginnings of Web 3.0. If you would like to help Art.net move from Web 1.0 to the next generations, we would love to hear from you!

Currently Art.Net is a site where artists can share their work by showing their art in virtual studio and gallery rooms. Art.Net is a non-commercial site with the goal of helping artists to obtain world wide exposure via the Web. By being non-commercial, all artists can have a level playing field no matter where they are in their career path.

What I would like to see is a more social interactive community evolve here where artists can discover one another and share in a more interactive way with each other and the rest of the Internet/Web community.

We would love to hear suggestions and comments on what you, as an artist, would like to see on this site. It is our hope that this will be a place where artists can support each other in the endeavors of bringing art to the Internet.
