Ed Pogue graduated with his Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Arkansas State University in 1985 (USA) and completed his Masters of Fine Arts Degree from Southern Illinois University in 1988 (USA). Pogue's work is mostly composed of cast bronze components. He has completed large scale public and private commissions and has exhibited his work nationally with a recent solo show in New York City. Pogue is represented by galleries in San Diego, New York, and the San Francisco Bay area. Pogue cast his work utilizing specialized ceramic and bonded sand mold processes developed from his extensive foundry experiences. He has taught college level classes in California for six years and now teaches at the Academy of Art College in San Francisco.
