People drink tea with breakfast, they drink tea at midday, they drink tea in the evening, and often with dinner. Our tea is special because it is flavored with cardamon and served in "Istikans" -little glasses shaped like the number '8' but open at the top and flat on the bottom. The color of the tea has to be just right - clear, yet strong - preferably a deep reddish-brown color.
