Spitting In The Wind

He was sitting at the harbor wearing a hat with pompoms on the brim. I asked him what he was doing
 and he said, "just spittin' in the wind".  He liked the painting when he saw it and asked if I would 
add his dog to the composition.  Later that day he was walking his "painted dog".  Samson, the dog,
 had stripes painted all over his coat.
